At MIIS, I also cultivated the skills of team work, team building, design thinking, deep reflection, and constructive feedback.

My undergraduate experience at the University of Liberia presented a wonderful opportunity to begin understanding people and their communities. Some of my favorite courses were community development and research methodology. These allowed me to hone my research skills while appreciating the deep connection between credible research data and effective pro-poor policy design. I found these skill very useful and handy as I pursued graduate education.
